PKC&D, s.r.o., the operator of Apartmány Bašta (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Controller), hereby informs our clients and business partners that in accordance with the Act – the new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), it records the personal data of its clients and business partners in the following scope:
- Name and surname
- Date of birth
- Permanent residence address, e-mail
- personal identification number (only if it is also the ID number of a natural person – entrepreneur
Given that this is a legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller, consent is not required for the collection, processing and storage of such data. In the event that our client or business partner does not agree with the registration of personal data, it will not be possible to use our accommodation services or conclude the relevant business contract. For already registered personal data, it is possible to submit a request for their deletion, but only after the expiry of the statutory period specified for archiving personal data.
