If you are going on a trip at Easter, Sušice and its surroundings offer many interesting places to visit.
On Good Friday (7 April), the gates of the Museum of Minerals in Velhartice open, where an adventurous game full of tasks, riddles and interesting facts awaits you. Legends speak of the treasures of the permoniks, and you can help find them. This event is intended for adults and children and lasts from 10:00 to 15:30.
On Holy Saturday (8 April) you can then go to Annín for a guided tour of the Church of St. Maurice. Maurice with an ossuary, which is known from the fairy tale Angel of the Lord.
Sušice is located in the middle of a triangle formed by the castles of Velhartice, Kašperk and Rabí (the Bohemian Forest castle triangle), which reopen to their visitors on April 1 after winter. These castles offer tours and exhibitions, so do not hesitate and go on a trip to history.
